Ben France
His interest in audiovisual systems began at the age of 12, when he was first asked to join the technical crew at his church, an experience that sparked a deeper curiosity about live production and technical systems.
From there, Ben rapidly expanded his skill set, continuously seeking opportunities to learn more about live production environments and how to design systems that are automated, intuitive, and user-friendly for users. His approach to technology prioritizes clarity, reliability, and accessibility, ensuring that complex systems remain approachable for those who rely on them.
In addition to his technical career, Ben is involved with Montclair Breakfast, where he supports day-to-day operations, contributes to workflow efficiency, and brings a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to a fast-paced service environment. His role there reflects his broader work ethic: adaptability, communication, and a strong sense of responsibility within a team setting.
Across every industry he works in, Ben is driven by a desire to share knowledge. He values learning deeply and then teaching others what he knows, believing that progress is built through collective understanding and collaboration.
"I think its really important for people to learn from eachother and build eachother up. Trying to withhold knowlege for the sole purpose of knowing more than someone is a bit silly. Not everyone can know everything and you dont know what you dont know. Finding those oportunities to learn new things or share knowlage with someone and fill in gaps in understanding is really important for our collective growth." - Ben France
