His interest in audiovisual systems began at the age of 12, when he was first asked to join the technical crew at his church, an experience that sparked a deeper curiosity about live production and technical systems.

From there, Ben rapidly expanded his skill set, continuously seeking opportunities to learn more about live production environments and how to design systems that are automated, intuitive, and user-friendly for users. His approach to technology prioritizes clarity, reliability, and accessibility, ensuring that complex systems remain approachable for those who rely on them.

In addition to his technical career, Ben is involved with Montclair Breakfast, where he supports day-to-day operations, contributes to workflow efficiency, and brings a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to a fast-paced service environment.
