Michael Delair serves as Head of Management and Logistics for the Montclair Breakfast team, bringing his expertise and knowledge in business management and book keeping. His love for business and entrepreneurship started at a young age, stemming for his love of the rush and the atmosphere that comes with it. Since a young age Michael has been exposed to many different family businesses which enhanced his knowledge on how they operate, the logistics and what it takes to run one.

Michael in his early years started his journey in restaurants and non profits, watching and absorbing as much knowledge as he could. These skills at a young age taught him that hard work and passion is what make businesses successful. With this it laid the foundation for his skills that ultimately transitioned into real businesses of his own.

Michael began his professional journey by pursuing higher education, earning a degree in Business Management. After completing his studies, he applied his passion and skill set in the workforce, using hands-on experience to further refine his business acumen. He stepped into a restaurant management role, where he viewed the position as an opportunity to actively practice leadership, operations, and strategic decision-making while shaping his professional mindset.

Later in his career, Michael was presented with the opportunity to transition into an entirely new industry. He chose to pivot paths and enrolled at the Academy of Live Technology as a certificate student. Leveraging his business background, he successfully applied foundational management principles to his studies in the entertainment industry. This experience provided him with in-depth insight into entertainment management and the operational demands behind producing and managing live events.

While continuing his education, Michael founded Steady Threads, a Type 1 diabetes awareness apparel brand. As a Type 1 diabetic himself, he combined personal experience with entrepreneurial intuition to build a purpose-driven company focused on advocacy, community, and impact.

Today, Michael DeLair serves as the Head of Management and Logistics for the Montclair Breakfast Team. In this role, he oversees projects and artists, manages financial operations, and helps guide the organization’s long-term vision. His passion for entrepreneurship, paired with a strong foundation in business management, enables him to effectively support the team’s operational and strategic needs.

Through his work with Montclair Breakfast, Michael continues to channel his dedication into creating engaging, well-managed experiences, demonstrating that successful events are built through collaboration, vision, and determination.
